Hot water extraction means hot water cleaning solution, under high pressure, is forced into your carpet and then drawn out of your carpet. Some people call this steam cleaning, but the truth is, it doesn't use any steam. Our truck-mounted hot water extraction system cleans from the bottom up, not from the top down.

We often get asked this question. The truth is there is no particular schedule other than maintaining your warranty valid (most carpet warranties specify every 12 to 18 months). It really depends on the type of traffic you have on your carpet and how you maintain it.
On average it will take approximately 20 minutes per room. This time varies depending on how soiled the carpet is and any spot removal treatments needed.
We will move furniture that can be easily moved by a two-man crew. We will not move heavy furniture including china cabinets, beds, and dressers with mirrors. Please remember to pick up all small items off the floor and remove all breakable items from the cleaning area.
The drying process depends on the humidity levels, airflow to the room and type of carpet. While it typically takes 8-24 hours for the carpet to dry, you can walk on it as soon as we are finished. (Remember to take off your shoes to avoid re-soiling!)
Although this happens very rarely, some substances in carpet backing may creep to the surface after cleaning. If this happens, contact us as soon as possible.
